1. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Provides comprehensive information on language milestones, bilingual development strategies, and practical ideas for home and clinical use. Great for tracking progress in culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) children.
2. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Offers informative checklists, posters, videos, and the Milestone Tracker app to support developmental monitoring. Also includes resources to aid families from diverse backgrounds.
3. Culturally Responsive AAC (San Francisco State University)
Features a wide range of AAC assessment tools and intervention resources designed for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) populations, with multilingual tools for inclusive practice.
4. Charles Sturt University – Multilingual Children’s Speech
A hub of multilingual speech therapy resources, including tools like the Intelligibility in Context Scale, assessments, and interventions across more than 100 languages
5. Bilingual Speech Resources
Focuses on culturally responsive education and materials for school-based SLPs, graduate students, and communities. Offers professional development, downloadable tools, and community outreach resources.
